Information on this website describes our capabilities in general terms. A binding project agreement is formed only when both parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

We may decline or reschedule work if requirements are unclear, technically infeasible, or outside our expertise.

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing inputs may shift delivery dates and may affect quoted pricing if additional work is required.

You confirm that materials you supply (text, images, logos, data) do not infringe third-party rights and may be used for the agreed purpose.

Project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period shown on the invoice. Late payments may pause work until the account is current.

Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting plans, app store fees, or licensed software are typically billed separately or paid directly by you unless included in writing.

Upon full payment for a defined deliverable, you receive the usage rights described in your project agreement. Dorrknock retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

When we recommend hosting, analytics, email, or other third-party services, your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Dorrknock is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or enforcement actions taken by third-party providers after setup.

We are a Hostinger partner and may display partner badges on our site. Any referral links are optional and clearly identified where used.

Ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, and support are provided only when covered by an active maintenance agreement or support retainer. Ad-hoc fixes outside agreed scope may be billed separately.

You agree not to use our Services to distribute malware, send spam, harass staff, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or engage in unlawful activity. We may refuse or terminate service for abuse or non-payment.

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime of third-party hosting or that every business outcome will be achieved from a website or app alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Dorrknock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or data. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid project will not exceed the fees you paid to Dorrknock for that project in the three months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future visits and inquiries.
